Doctor Dumond is trained and able to complete a detail PTSD assessment with the client. This is then translated by Doc Dumond into a memorandum that accompanies the assessment showing the severity of the PTSD.
The PTSD assessment is the used, along with medical and mental health records to draft the PTSD DBQ which is curcial for consideration when asking for an upgrade dealing wtih our PTSD.
If needed, Dr. Dumond can draft a NEXUS Letter that can be sent along with the PTSD assessment and the DBQ that shows to the extent that the clients PTSD affects their daily live and in what situations. This may also tie in other issues that are common with PTSD but not alway recognized.
